5. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are shipped within the stated timeframe upon order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Flow with Grace is not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Physical & digital products: All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Events: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled date for a refund.

  • Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of our Services, refunds will only be issued in cases where the work is demonstrably defective or fails to meet the agreed specifications.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Site, including but not limited to original Chinese calligraphy artworks, text, design, photographs, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Flow with Grace unless otherwise credited.
